Request a Tour with the Phoenix Indian School Visitor Center

By appointment Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Phoenix MST

Thank you for your interest in scheduling a tour with the Phoenix Indian School Visitor Center

To request a tour, simply complete the form below, which is about 15 questions long and should take less than 5 minutes to complete. Once you submit the form, a staff member from the Phoenix Indian School Visitor Center will reach out via your preferred communication method to schedule your appointment and confirm a time within one week.

Please noteSubmitting this form does not guarantee, reserve, or confirm a tour. Additionally, in order to ensure the safety and well-being of our communities, all visitors will be required to wear a mask and observe other public health guidelines during their visit. If you are feeling sick or have been exhibiting symptoms, please stay at home. More information about safety procedures will be sent once your visit is confirmed.

Enter the preferred date and time you would like a tour of the Phoenix Indian School Visitor Center (PISVC) below. The PISVC is available for tours each day Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Tours can last between 30 and 90 minutes depending on your interest. Please note: as this form does not guarantee or schedule an appointment and it may take up to a week to confirm, we recommend listing a few days and times that may work for you over the next couple of weeks (e.g. "Wednesdays at 3 or Thursdays at 4")
