T. M. McNally is the author of six books of fiction including Until Your Heart Stops, a New York Times Notable Book, and The Gateway, Finalist for the PEN/Faulkner Award for Fiction. His work has recently been included in The Norton Anthology of Short Fiction. He directs the Creative Writing Program at Arizona State University and lives in Phoenix with his family.
